valve, separeate volume controls for each fixture, raindome showerhead on an adjustable
arm to accomodate variety of user heights, handshower / replace old, leaking lead pan with
a vinyl base / install vapor-tight light fixture / add a custom shower door made of thick,
tempered safety glass with solid metal hinges
Toilet: replace with a space-efficient model that has a period style & which saves water
Light Fixtures: Replace with mini-crystal chandlier & high-quality sconces
Built-in vanity beneath window - Refurbish: remove scalloped apron, clean, sand & paint entire
unit replace old hardware with crystal knobs, retain original chrome hinges
