Shower: replace shower fittings with a pressure balanced valve and adjustable
handshower (which doubles as the showerhead),
replace tub drain so that now, it functions properly and looks clean and new
Replace sagging curtain rod with new, ceiling-supported model in chrome-plated brass
Vanity: replace with a prettier model on legs / install custom top with "banjo" extension over
toilet to increase counterspace + a large undermounted sink & stylish faucet
Toilet: replace with a space-efficient model that has a clean, updated profile and saves water
Light Fixtures: Replace with updated, stylish fixtures that provide high-levels of light
